All prescription medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are only issued following a satisfactory clinical assessment of your submitted consultation.
We do not accept third-party prescriptions unless they meet all legal and clinical requirements. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Submitting false or misleading information during consultation is a serious matter and may result in your account being suspended and the incident reported to relevant authorities.
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and your consultation has been approved by our pharmacist.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made to UK addresses only.
Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has been dispatched. If your medication is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If you believe you have received the wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. To request a cancellation, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
